Men for Health and Gender Justice Organisation currently offers PrEP to gay men, bisexual men, men who have sex with our men and marginalized men who are at risk through linking clients to health care providers we work across all our centers.
HIV Testing
To stop the spread of HIV, Men for Health and Gender Justice Organisation encourages everyone to test for HIV. If you don’t know whether you are HIV positive or negative, you risk spreading HIV to others if you are HIV positive. You also risk developing complications from the disease because you are not on treatment.
Counselling
We provide FREE, professional, and secure psychosocial support to all men, regardless of sexual orientation. Our mental health services are available to all males confronting life challenges such as the effort to quit smoking and mental health issues, among others. The counselling unit team hopes to assist clients cope better with challenging moments in their life.
HIV Prevention
Using condoms is one of the most important ways to prevent HIV and sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Safe sex also involves knowing your HIV status and the status of your partner/s. For sex to be safe, you will need to be honest and your sexual partner/s will need to be honest too.
STI Screening
Free and confidential screenings for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) such as syphilis, gonorrhoea, chlamydia and genital warts.
